Job Description
- Provide excellent sales & customer services in ARTIVO branches to achieve sales targets
- Handle inquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in a professional manner
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and provide them with the latest information
- Reply Facebook enquires
- Participate in trade fairs, promotion fairs, exhibition, and other center activities
- Responsible for terms and conditions explaination and contract signing
- Responsible for customer timely payment
- Perform after-sales improvement
- Identify and study the market potential for new and existing products
- Strive the best to improve sales and achieve KPI
- Prepare sales report & analysis, and present your findings to the Management
- Conduct market and competitive advantage research and provide the information to the Management
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Willing to travel within Malaysia or overseas (International Trade Fair) if necessary
- Location: Klang Valley
