Exec, Underwriter (Property Underwriting) – Personal Lines

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Underwriting, handle IT related matters and reporting in respect of Personal Lines products.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To underwrite new and renewal Personal Lines products.
• To issue Personal Accident insurance quote.
• To assist and support branches on all matters relating to Personal Lines products.
• Involve in product development and enhancement of existing products.
• To prepare statistic and reports on Personal Lines product, including for regulators.
• Ability to manage and influence different levels of stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Minimum ; 3 years of experience in Property underwriting (experience in PA and or Health class is an added advantage).
• Good communication and decision making skills.
• Experience in General Insurance domain.
• Fluent in English language (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask and well-versed with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage and influence different levels of stakeholders.
• Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specializing in General Insurance Underwriting or equivalent.
