Job Description
Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent
– Office located at East side, around Changi area.
– Desk bound job.
– Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance.
– Maintain account assigned for exception declarations.
– Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance
– Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services
– Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers’ timelines
Requirements:
– Able to start work immediately
– 5.5 working day, alternate Saturday
– Possess good work ethics and positive attitude
– Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
– Knowledge in Mircosoft Excel is a must
– Expect overtime on a regular basis
