Hiring Barista cum Cafe Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Location: New Cafe in Canning Garden Ipoh
Salary : RM2,100 and above (Negotiable, Based on experience)

Background of Cafe:
– Has an established branch in KL
– Famous cafe serving western food

Requirements:
-Must have at least 1 year or above of working experiences an established cafe, preferable with F&B background
-Must possess own transport
-Willing to travel to KL for trainings
-Able to manage cafe and work independently
-Possesses a Self-motivated , Positive , Reliable and Responsible attitude
-Passionate and proactive in customer service and problem solving

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cafe
-Ensure the efficient of the cafe operations as well maintaining high standards of quality and service
-Managing the cafe in terms of supervising and directing in all aspects of operation and managing financial performance of the cafe
-Responsible of stock handling , stock ordering ,stock control and stock cost management
-Prepare the food and beverages and guide the team member to follow as per SOP
-Ensure the outlet equipment are maintain up to the standard , clean and organized
-Handling customers’ complaint and solve it on the spot when it occurred
-Monitor and ensure team members are adhering to company’s policy and procedures
