IT Technical Support

• Support system monitoring infrastructure and ensure all supported servers with monitoring agents are installed and configured properly

• Solve critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting, and post-mortem analysis

• Manage and support the upgrade on the new system, deployment and maintain smooth system operations

• To provide day-to-day operations, administration, tuning, and capacity management of midrange system to ensure good performance.

• To resolve all midrange system incidents and issue within the agreed timeline.

• To perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
