Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Job Duties

  • Follow up on new leads assigned by Business Development Manager and explore new opportunities from existing customers
  • Understand the needs and requirements of the customers and provide solutions that benefit both customer and company
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on feasibility studies, design, cost and proposals
    Determine cost, develop quotation and proposals for clients as well as receiving feedback from them as required
  • Close business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
  • Assist in trade shows and exhibition as well as demonstrate the quality or uses of the machines to potential customers
  • Project management. Act as the bridge between engineers and customers in on-going projects.
    • Follow up on pending items
    • Liaise with logistic team on shipment arrangements
    • Liaise with project coordinator on project timeline
