Equipment Technician

Carry out predictive maintenance for equipment according to schedule, attend and fix all machinery breakdowns, defect and modification work to improve plant reliability.

Work in normal, shift and available 24 hours for emergency maintenance if required, ensure work compliances to standards, tolerances and fits in order for the plant to be able to operate in normal conditions.

Perform regular inspection at section area to find any misbehavior, monitor and report for any problems / issues related to equipment at section area to prevent equipment breakdown.

Adhere and comply with SHE rules and regulations, quality and energy management by carry out safety observations, analysis and improvement/proposal to achieve ZERO LTI.

Any responsibilities that maybe assigned by HOD from time to time.
