Job Description

Overview

This role is all about delighting our customer and bringing first class customer experience to our retailers and business partners via effective processes and with the help of digitalization.

Accountabilities

Contract Management:

  • Work with territory manager, area office staff and channel offer manager in setting up new retailer contract/ renewing contract on time
  • Execute contract legal and fiscal requirements, working with local legal focal
  • Ensure completeness of required documents
  • Ensure contracts are signed and stored in line with local country requirements
  • Own contract documentation archiving and termination of customer contracts

Pricing:

  • Set up and maintain correct pricing in the system e.g., Royalty rate and lubricant discounts
  • Assist in executing weekly pump price change

Master Data Set Up & Amend:

  • Maintain sales hierarchy
  • Set up and amend customer master data e.g., new retailer/station set up
  • Ensure various payment methods (e-wallet and credit cards) for sites are set up on time
  • Custodian of station master data list

Data Integrity Management:

  • Maintain master data integrity. Review DQS reports, correct any data errors and track performance against SLA

Continuous Process Improvement:

  • Review and establish sustainable business processes to maximize business performance

License and Permit Management:

  • Monitor and ensure retailer’s license and permit are within validity date

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree (CGPA 3.0 and above) in any field of study
  • Possess strong leadership and teamwork-based experience
  • Strong proficiency (Read/Write/Speak) in English & Malay
