Finance Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial report, cash-flow, and management reports
• Ensure that financial reporting of the company is accordance with the relevant governing standards, rules, and regulations
• Ensure all requirements adhere to internal control procedures
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultant, regulators, and government offices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Individuals with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in related field or MNC environment
• Candidates must possess diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Commerce or equivalent accreditations LCCI
• Numerically inclined
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks
• PC literate and good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
• Those with experience in Sun accounting software will be preferred
• Preferably with good knowledge in book-keeping, handling sales invoice (A/C Receivable) & vendor payments (A/P Payable)
• Knowledge of Malaysia Tax system
• General ledger accounting is preferred
• Mandarin speaker is required
