Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote mortgage products to potential customers
  • Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team
    achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include coldcallings,
    attending sales launches / roadshows, referrals & enquiries etc.
  • Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales
    presentations on mortgage and other consumer products.
  • Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
  • Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM qualification with credit in BM, English and Mathematics
  • Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture
  • At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Basic spoken and written English language
  • Awareness of consumer and market trends
