— Address parents’ enquiries and satisfaction issues promptly
— Attend management training session
— Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s performance
— Organize fun activities
— Encourage children to practice creative minds and personality development
— Be kind, respectful, patience, and positive to the children
— Able to lead the team to achieve goal, know how to assign tasks and able to build a good team culture
— Bring out the best of centre’s teachers by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
— Manage administrative works of the centre i.e. fees collection, records, roll call etc.
— Share knowledge with other branches and HQ on effective practices, competitive advantage and needs
