Job Description

Main Responsibilities

-Update employee movement (e.g. hiring, transfer, promotion, termination) and personal data changes in SAP.
-Process employee queries related to employee life cycle, employee services, competency & performance over case management tool, email and phone.
-Updating, managing and maintaining training records & planning for employees who attended training courses.
-Generate electronic offer letter and secure approvals from the business.
-Support workforce and talent deployment business decisions from a data admin and support perspective.
-Generate and analyze HR reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis based on business requests.
-Update Time administration related data e.g. absence quota, absences record, attendance, overtime, work schedule, substitution.
-Update compensation and benefit related data e.g. Annual salary adjustment, quarterly and off-cycle payments, monthly earnings and deduction, benefit enrolment and changes and deactivation.
-Escalate non-standard or exception requests for approval/ issues in timely manner regarding HR-related matters.
-Adhere to Payroll checklist throughout the process and confirm all necessary checks and controls have been applied.
-Attend to adhoc request as and when required.
-Update user guide as and when required.
-Working closely with all other members of HR Operations and clients.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline will be required along-side with good communication skills.
-Able to work in a team with other team members.
