Job Description

  • Responsible for aftersales service & operation coordination as per management requirement
  • Provide assistance and support to all service networks in terms of daily operations issues
  • Implementations and monitoring of compliance with standard operation procedures ; requirement
  • Coordinate with the internal and external departments on the task assignment as and when necessary
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks & issues as and when required by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or any related disciple.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • IT savvy especially in Microsoft Office application
  • Dynamic personality with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to travel as and when it’s required
