Fiber Installer (Johor)

Job responsibilities:

– Responsible in end-to-end Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) installation process including arranging site visits with customers or third-party vendors.
– Performing tests to ensure good internet coverage at customer place and troubleshooting problems if needed.
– Perform upsell to the customer on current promotions and offerings

Job requirements:

– Minimum qualification: SPM
– Minimum 1 year of experience
– Additional advantage if possess CA1C/CA2C or CFOT certificate
– Process Own Transport (motorcycles or cars)
– Willing to relocate if needed.
– 1-year contract
