Quantity Survey

Responsibility

-Responsible for quantity and budget estimation.
-Communicate with management and sub-contractors on the adjustments of cost estimate to facilitate smooth transition of information
-Prepare statement for the quantity and cost, provide cost planning
-Responsible in estimating quantities from design drawings, track canegs to the design, cost adjustment, etc.
-Prepare subcontract settlement and payment.
-Prepare Ledger of variation, Measurement and payment
-Responsible in collecting cost data and coordinating cost analysis.
-Responsible in calculating the planning of output value and completion of output value.
-Keep track work progress based on the contract, resolve construction dispute, collect photos of on-site construction process.
-Prepare relevant tender documents and information to submit for tender, involve in tenders.
-Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
