Job Description
- Work with planner or requester on the items scheduling and delivery for project.
- Maintain and update records of purchased products and delivery information.
- Generate and send the drawing to the vendor.
- Generate monthly reports.
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documents.
- Ensure purchasing department procedures are adhered to.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.
