Job Description

 

Works autonomously to support & implement sales & marketing tasks to superior
Identify marketing trends & key opportunities.
Learning to use various software or tools for digital marketing
Work closely with sales & marketing team in implementing tasks or projects
Prepare correspondence, reports & giving presentations.
Regularly update & maintain marketing database
Provide administrative support to superior
Perform market research and analysis-related tasks.
Response inquiries via email and social media
To perform ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.

 

Requirements

 

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any field or equivalent.
Demonstrates general knowledge of current social media tools & Google Apps
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Must possess a Driving License, own transportation and be familiar with Klang Valley.
Ability to multitask, solve problems and work with initiative.
Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Being able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Powerpoint.
Willing to travel when needed.
Discretion and trustworthiness; you will often be the party of confidential information
