In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of business analysis, project management as well as help drive deliverables within our expected objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager or business analyst in managing day-to-day task such as project coordination, product and system analytic, project management life cycle, and deliverables
• Engage and work closely with subject matter of experts and project stakeholders to understand, and identify project requirement.
• To define detailed processes, project timeline and progress planning.
• Track and monitor to ensure all deliverables progress as planned and completed within scope, timeline and budget.
• To create, manage and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and develop reports/updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct testing during User Acceptance Test stage to ensure meeting the expected outcome.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Preferably undergraduate/ graduate in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or relevant field.
• Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent.
• Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks);
• Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment.
• Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
