Task Description

• Intern management and support
• Intern recruitment – job posting, screening, interview and selection of application
• Visa Applications and documentations
• On-boarding and Off boarding of interns
• Employee engagement project
• Employer branding activities
• Other ad-hoc projects

Skills & Qualification

• Currently pursue the Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Marketing, International Business, Marketing Communication or equivalent
• Proficiency in English language; spoken and written
• Computer literate: Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word); Video editing, Canva or other poster app
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Possess analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and pick up matters pro-actively
