Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for handling the company’s project delivery operation and monitoring as well as supporting works in the domain of the field wok management, Integrated Planning, service fulfilment, equipment fulfilment etc.
- Responsible for project compliance operation to ensure project delivery complies with the company’s internal control (relevant management systems and regulations).
- Undertake the responsibility of handling specified work orders raised by the Project Team, and secure the SLA and quality.
- Assisting Team Leaders to monitor project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems and project delivery quality, during project life circle.
- Assisting Team Leaders to prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends recommending actions.
- Covering project operation within Asia Pacific Regional Countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand etc.
- Project Management and System training will be provided.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with MS-office and Multi-tasking
- Good Communication and collaboration Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, any field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required skill(s)： communication skill, collaboration skill.
- Knowledge in project management/python programming added advantage.
