Job Descriptions:
- Opportunity to learn the latest innovative solution from the aspect of Huawei RF planning & optimization to assure good user experience and working together with a vibrant and young professional team.
- To carry out basic RF planning and optimization activities.
- To learn & support user experience performance monitoring and reporting.
- To build the knowledge on a big data platform and build a simple dashboard for data analytical purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree & above in ICT (RF or Telecommunications), Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
- Good understanding/knowledge in Wireless, Radio Frequency is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in programming skills is another plus point.
- Able to work well with cross-cultural teams.
- Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly independent.
- Possess strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
- Proactive, innovative, able to communicate easily and effectively at all levels in the organization.
