We Elevate… Your Responsibilities

• Process vendors’ invoices in timely manner and in good quality
• Meet the SLA KPI set in Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
• Investigate, resolve, and improve any operation issues
• Resolve queries related to the invoices workflows, statement of accounts, and invoices on a timely basis from Local Finance/Internal and External customers
• Provide strong backup to AP team on the overall process
• Perform reconciliation as per deadline set in the SOP
• Contribute to the smooth running of the finance shared service centre by performing other tasks as required
• Minimize the gap of GR/IR account balance to zero
• Achieve 0% error to make sure payment accuracy
• Effective communication to our customer

We Elevate… Your Best Self

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Partial Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Accounts Payable (Invoice Processing/Payment Processing/Travel & Expenses) within a shared services organization
• Critical thinking, good analytical, details oriented and interpersonal skills.
• Accounting – basic accounting knowledge in double entry
