• To obtain leads based on our training syllabus
• To actively identify and call on target clients
• To work on an appointment basis job scope
• To drive marketing activities of property listing on own effort
• To develop ongoing clients’ relationships and value approaches to sales, leading with the consultative role.
• To actively participate in all sales activities in order to meet monthly sales target

Qualifications:

• No sales experience is required.
• Must be willing to work indoor and outdoor
• Must be willing to obtain REN tag licensing at own cost
• Must possess own laptop and transport
• Drive to continuously learn and develop as an individual
• Desire to work in an environment that rewards strong ethical standards and conduct Customer service oriented
• Note: This role is commission-based.

岗位职责：

• 负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务；
• 了解客户需求，提供合适房源，进行商务谈判；
• 陪同客户看房，促成房屋（商品房、二手房）买卖或租赁等业务；
• 负责业务跟进及售后服务工作
• 负责公司房源开发与积累，并与客户建立良好的业务协作关系。

任职要求:

• 无需销售经验
• 必须接受室内和户外的工作环境
• 必须拥有私人笔记本电脑和交通工具
• 必要获取或注册为REN房地产经纪人
• 熟练使用office办公软件
• 佣金制度
