We are currently looking for a hands on, experienced designer who will be responsible to help property owners decorate and furnish up their property to create beautiful, yet durable and practical design, that is suitable for Vacation Rentals (short/long term rental).

Main Duties include:
– The core mission of the Sales Support is assist in all matters in relation to Tenant Management
– To prepare and set viewing appointment with potential tenants.
– To prepare & update relevant documents upon signing of agreement.
– Upon successful signing of tenancy Sales Support is also responsible in handover of properties to / from tenants
– In the event of makeover is needed, to coordinate with renovator and assist in purchase of furnishing.
– To make sure rental and utilities payment is on time.
– To verify monthly rental statement based on System.
– To assist Business Development Executive in any other matters.
– Research, source and liaise with existing or potential suppliers for local and overseas markets.
– Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contract terms and delivery matters with suppliers.
– Evaluate and review suppliers’ performance based on their price competitiveness, quality, service and distribution capabilities.
– Assist with stock take and units inventory (involves being on site )
– Preparation of quotations
– Overall ensure on time deliveries of orders
– Other ad hoc duties
